Please call us for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER before you return an item. Provided the item has NOT BEEN WORN, wigs may be returned for an exchange or refund* within 5 days of receipt. ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR CLEARANCE AND DISCONTINUED ITEMS. Due to health regulations, we cannot accept wig returns if they have been worn. There is a 15% restocking fee for all exchanges.
*Refunds will be given ONLY if we sent you the wrong item (style/color). We can exchange the item or credit your account in full. In the unlikely event that a package is received with an open or damaged carton, do not accept the package. Please ask the carrier to return it to us for inspection.
